Weight: 121.4 (bloating... typical for a day after I eat too much!)

Today I ate:
2 Mocha Chip Muffins (someone else kindly wrote up the recipe here, but it's originally from Vegan with a Vengeance by Isa Chandra Moskowitz) (about 240 calories each)
1 banana
1 Smucker's Uncrustables PB & Grape Jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread (210 cal)
2 500mL bottles of diet Pepsi Wild Cherry
Boca patty (100-calorie size) with seasoned salt on a deli-size onion bun (170 cal) with about a tsp. of Vegenaise (35 cal) and some arugula x2 (two whole burgers)
Dill pickle spear

Today I ate:
1 6-oz. cup of vanilla soy yogurt (160 calories)
5 (for shame) Mocha Chip Muffins (someone else kindly wrote up the recipe here, but it's originally from Vegan with a Vengeance by Isa Chandra Moskowitz) (about 240 calories each... OH GOD)
Angela Liddon's Easy Black Bean Chili Dip garnished with 1 avocado ( For lunch I split it with my husband and we cleaned the plate! We ate it scooping it up with countless Baked Tostitos tortilla chips. Not diet-friendly to eat that much, but who's dieting this weekend?)
Crushed lentil soup (full bowl) with two restaurant pitas (a man's palm -sized)
Fattoush (pita chips, romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mint & parsley, sumac vinaigrette)
Fresh carrot-apple juice
1 500mL diet Pepsi Wild Cherry (which reminds me, I drank a can of diet Mtn. Dew yesterday and of course, forgot to write that in after I lost my post)

3 Krispy Kreme doughnuts
Mashed potatos made with Earth Balance and Silk Almond Unsweetened
Mixed frozen veggies (green beans, carrots, corn, and peas)
Spinach smoothie with 1 banana and a Dole pineapple cup in 100% juice
Kale chips (a baking sheet full)
Half a bunch of roasted asparagus in sesame oil with soy sauce and sesame seeds

Hope I didn't forget something!

Weight: 119.6 (but I noticed my bum is huge compared to how it was when I exercised regularly... devising a plan with the husband to go to the gym again, finally!)

Today I ate:
1 White Chocolate Macadamia Luna Bar
1 500mL diet Pepsi Wild Cherry
1 banana
Footlong veggie sub (no cheese) from Subway (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, onion, vinegar, salt & pepper)
Spinach smoothie with 1 banana, 10 or so mid-size strawberries, a Dole grapefruit cup in 100% juice, and two tbsp. flaxmeal
Cabbage salad with soy dressing and crispy wontons (from Sam's Club)
8 stalks of celery with almond butter and chocolate chips

Almond Breeze Almond and Coconut milk blend with 2-3 servings of the French Toast Crunch cereal (just finishing the box off)
1 White Chocolate Macadamia Luna Bar
1 500mL diet Pepsi Wild Cherry
Sourdough roll and a bowl (16 oz.) of Vegetarian Split Pea soup from Zoup!
About 2 cups of roasted broccoli
A snack stack of Ritz crackers with almond butter and chocolate chips

1 500mL diet Pepsi Wild Cherry
A bowl of pasta with hummus sauce (jar pasta sauce + roasted red pepper hummus+ 1 tbsp. dried basil) and veggies (mini bella mushrooms, carrots, red onion, garlic, red bell pepper, balsamic, oil, garlic salt & pepper)
White bean hummus and checca with pizza-pita (whole appetizer as entree, from California Pizza Kitchen)
Pea and barley soup (bowl)
Cinnamon and Apple crumble (1/3 dessert, no ice cream, but not a vegan dessert... butter?)
Chocolate lollipop (also probably not vegan... milk?)
Coffee with some Almond Breeze Unsweetened Coconut-Almond milk blend

Weight: 120.5 (I had that smoothie last night right before bed... bad idea)

Today I ate:
1 banana
1 White Chocolate Macadamia Luna Bar
1 500mL diet Pepsi Wild Cherry
A bowl of pasta with hummus sauce (jar pasta sauce + roasted red pepper hummus+ 1 tbsp. dried basil) and veggies (mini bella mushrooms, carrots, red onion, garlic, red bell pepper, balsamic, oil, garlic salt & pepper) Lots of leftovers which will be my lunches this week ^.^
Steamed cauliflower and yellow-skin potatoes mashed with Earth Balance (vegan butter), Silk unsweetened almond milk, garlic salt & pepper
About a cup of mixed frozen veggies (corn, carrots, green beans, and green peas)
1 can of diet Mtn. Dew
1 mug of Keurig hot apple cider

Honestly, not enough protein today :-/
