1/31/12

Weight: 120.5 (I had that smoothie last night right before bed... bad idea)

Today I ate:
1 banana
1 White Chocolate Macadamia Luna Bar
1 500mL diet Pepsi Wild Cherry
A bowl of pasta with hummus sauce (jar pasta sauce + roasted red pepper hummus+ 1 tbsp. dried basil) and veggies (mini bella mushrooms, carrots, red onion, garlic, red bell pepper, balsamic, oil, garlic salt & pepper) Lots of leftovers which will be my lunches this week ^.^
Steamed cauliflower and yellow-skin potatoes mashed with Earth Balance (vegan butter), Silk unsweetened almond milk, garlic salt & pepper
About a cup of mixed frozen veggies (corn, carrots, green beans, and green peas)
1 can of diet Mtn. Dew
1 mug of Keurig hot apple cider

Honestly, not enough protein today :-/
